Free Standard Delivery Australia-Wide and to New Zealand on all orders $100 AUD or more. We ship from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post eParcel, all parcels include tracking and optional safe drop. We can ship to all addresses including PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers etc.

We also ship worldwide with the exception of Sudan and Russia. 

2024 Oct-Dec Holiday Delivery Update
Please be aware that during the peak holiday season, delivery timeframes may extend to 10-15 business days due to increased parcel volumes and high demand at Pleaser USA's distribution center. Cargo flight capacity from the USA and processing times may also experience delays during this busy period.

While we will do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Most customer orders ship in 5-10 business days. This includes the time it takes to import stock from the USA warehouse. Choosing Express Post at checkout will NOT improve your order processing time, it only changes your delivery service from regular Aus Post to Express Aus Post.

We are an authorised retailer of Pleaser USA Inc. brands and import product on demand for our customers. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for order processing while your item is shipped from the USA warehouse to us in Melbourne. During order processing your will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing checkout, and then a shipment confirmation email approximately 5-10 business days later when your order ships from our Melbourne warehouse.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour, or a shipment confirmation email within 7 business days, please get in touch. We know your order is important to you and we get product out as fast as we can.

Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. Free Parcel Post is available at checkout for orders $100 AUD or more.   • Express Post: Australia Post's express parcel service and their fastest parcel delivery service. It is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included.
